Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders that require proof approval will proceed at our discretion after 48 hours if no response is given by buyer. No cancellations will be accepted for custom orders once production has begun.
RETURNS: Return policy EXCLUDES ANY CUSTOM ORDERS including Wedding, Holiday or Halloween costume items. We offer a 5 day return policy for returns or exchanges, after the item has been sent back in its original condition. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, take photos of the packaging and item(s) & email them to littlegemgirl@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Any returns that are sent back without prior authorization will incur a 40% fee.
Earrings are not returnable.
Care instructions
We warranty our jewelry against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for 14 days. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any problems with your purchase. Replacements or repairs only, no refunds. Item must be shipped back to L.G.G at buyers expense. This is not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair, or commercial use, etc.

Jewelry items and accessories may contain small parts - Choking Hazard - Not for young children. Use at your own risk.
Some of our items may contain nickel, lead, and other various metals. Not recommended for those with allergies or sensitivity to metal jewelry.
