Shipping policy

Shipping Address

We ship to the address you specify on your order, so please be sure that your address is correct. If we ship to the address you list, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges plus the cost to reship to you again. Shipping charges are not refundable. If the tracking shows the order was delivered to the address on the account, but was never received, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their local postal office, we will not be held responsible for misplaced packages. We will evaluate on a per case basis. We require a minimum waiting period from the time the item was marked as delivered for further investigation.

Signature Delivery

Some packages may require a signature confirmation at delivery.  If you would like this waived, please contact us. If you are not home when the package is delivered, your carrier will leave you a notice. You can then either pick up the package at your local post office, arrange for a re-delivery for a time when you are home, or you can sign the note and leave it for your carrier and they will leave the package for you. Orders that are returned to shipper due to non-pick up will incur a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Delivery Dates

We do not guarantee delivery by a certain date as certain shipment delays within the USPS are out of our control i.e. weather, natural disasters, holiday schedules, etc.

Your order will typically ship out within 5 business days, not including holidays. Delivery Confirmation in the US is included. We ship USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow approx. 3-7 business days for Ground Advantage delivery, and about 2-5 business days for Priority.
