Pill box front image is about 1.5" in diameter (compact is approximately 2" in diameter). Choose from Single Compartment or 3 Compartments inside (which is great for keeping your pills separated). Simply push the bottom clasp to open. The inside cover has a reflective surface which can also double as a small mirror (*not as clear as a mirror but it's great for a quick peek!).
